Velora Naturals Shipping Policy


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day.


Shipping Times

Velora Naturals ships from fulfillment centers located in the United States and Europe in order to provide fast, reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, or other external factors.


Shipping Methods

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Domestic Shipping (United States) — Flat-rate Economy and Standard options available at checkout
International Shipping — Flat-rate shipping to supported countries worldwide

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.


Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. domestic orders of $75 or more. Additional free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are shipped from regional fulfillment centers, meaning no customs delays or import duties are applied.

For other international destinations, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Velora Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Velora Naturals is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
