Velora Naturals Refund Policy
We have a 30-day issue resolution policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any concerns.
Due to the nature of our products and our clean, made-to-order packaging process, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, shade preference, or product suitability.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a claim, please contact us at hello@velora-naturals.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days with next steps.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, returns of damaged or faulty items are not required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a claim will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
• Personalized or custom-packaged products
• Opened or used beauty and personal care items
• Sale items or promotional bundles
• Gift cards
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, due to the hygienic and custom-packaged nature of our beauty products, this right does not apply to opened or used items.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
